1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Datowin, an online sports betting and casino platform built for Malaysian users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Datowin ("Platform", "we", "us").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Datowin platform — including the website, mobile app, and all services provided — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Datowin, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

Datowin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on Datowin are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports the most popular local digital payment methods in Malaysia for your convenience.

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Datowin account. Datowin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If there is a name discrepancy, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until further verification is completed.

• All withdrawals are subject to internal security checks before approval.
• Datowin reserves the right to request additional proof of identity for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Deposits made during an active promotion may be subject to additional bonus terms.
• Any attempt to reverse a deposit (chargeback) without Datowin's consent will result in immediate account suspension.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Datowin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, weekly cashback, odds boosters for Malaysia Super League and EPL matches, and exclusive VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated on each promotion's respective page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One Bonus Per User: Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.

5 Game Rules

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verifiable by the system.

• Datowin is not liable for losses caused by user device failures, poor internet connectivity, or disruptions beyond our platform's control.

For Live Casino games, sessions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes. These records are retained for 90 days and may be referenced should any questions arise regarding game outcomes.

6 Sports Betting

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by the system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets with a "Pending" status are not considered valid.
• Odds Changes: Datowin reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• Live Betting: In-play betting is subject to data delays and system-generated outcomes. Datowin is not liable for any time differences between actual events and what is displayed on the platform.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, match, and market. These limits are displayed on the betting interface prior to confirmation.

7 User Account

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their Datowin account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring no other party accesses your account.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed.
• You must notify Datowin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 or closure at Datowin's discretion.
